Cam was the only agent in Agnes Water that managed to sell our block of land that had been on the market for a considerable time. Cam worked hard for us, kept us informed of all progress and pitfalls, and most importantly came through with the goods and sold our land. We highly recommend Cam. As a warning though, avoid KRG conveyancing lawyers. Took us over a week to see the funds from the land sale appear in our account, poor communicators and do not return phone calls or emails.

We were new to Agnes Water and didn't know if we should purchase in town, out of town or on acreage! So we took our time and Cam took us to show us pretty much everything, without ever putting the pressure on us to put a contract. Cam's very experienced in customer service and isn't going to sell you something just for the sake of it.

It took us months of research to decide on our plot and Cam was very patient and helped every step of the way.

He didn't forget us post purchase either and calls in every so often to see how things are going or if he can provide other advice.

In fact, Cam did such a good job with us as buyers that we trusted him to sell our Brisbane home... It sold in 5 days!

We selected Cam Realty the Mobile Agent to sell our half acre property in Birkdale as he did such an excellent job when we purchased our block in Agnes Water. Cam doesn't live in Birkdale, he lives 6h north! However, thanks to his knowledge of real estate, market research and excellent telephone and email usage he sold our house at the first open home.

Don't be fooled to think that you have to use a local agent. Mobile agents are the way to go - everything's done online these days.

Achieving success seems to come naturally for Cam. He did start Real Estate in 1993 and his expertise shone through for sure.Cam was always approachable, honest, caring and above all contactable at all times - he made my sale an enjoyable experience.

Cam's calm nature and professionalism and passion for Real Estate is a breath of fresh air to the Agnes Water real estate scene and mine was an experience that I would recommend to anyone selling or buying.

I will miss his smile and good humour now I have moved from Agnes Water.

Cam Rodgers is by far the most likeable and professional real estate agent we have ever met. He showed up when he said he would show up, answered every question honestly and openly, and promptly returned every call, text and email. He followed things up and continues to do so even though our transaction is complete. He has great local and market knowledge and shares it generously. He provided us with a personalized service which resulted in a fast and pain-free purchase. He treated buyer and seller with equal respect. Because he was open, practical and approachable, we both trusted him. In short, he is an exceptional real estate agent.

He must also be psychic because he seemed to know what sort of property we needed when we didn’t have a clear idea ourselves. He suggested options we hadn’t thought of but he never pressured us to take them up. He was patient with us when we dithered. As a result we ended up buying a property we might not otherwise have considered because we had no idea it would suit us so well. And we absolutely love our new place.

We would love to firstly say many thanks to Cam Realty for doing such a great job in getting a favourable outcome with the sale of our house. We tried previously with another real estate agent to sell but to no avail, not even 1 interest to look at the house. We thought that a sale was never going to happen.

After taking another stab at listing the home again, this time with Cam Realty, we knew straight away we where going to get results just by a positive outlook to find that buyer for us and his commitment in keeping us in the loop, great marketing and good old fashioned honesty.

Can't thank you guys enough -- personal friendly service would be an understatement -- It's so nice to meet real estate professionals that not only know what they're doing but are passionate about the outcomes for the vendor and purchaser alike. We now have purchased 2 homes through Cam Realty, and Cam and Bill made our dreams possible by successfully getting the contracts across the line.
